The Parts Source, Inc. d/b/a Ace Auto Parts Announces A Two Store Acquisition And Two New Stores To Be Opened

    CLEARWATER, Fla., Sept. 8 -- The Parts Source, Inc. d/b/a Ace
Auto Parts announced today the acquisition of certain assets of
two Installer Service Warehouse stores (ISW) located in Jacksonville, Florida
from A.P.S. Holding Corporation of Houston, Texas.  The acquisition is
expected to add approximately 2 million dollars in annual revenue and further
marks the Company's entrance into the Jacksonville market.  The Company also
has secured a site for a new store in the Orange Park area of Jacksonville,
which is expected to open within the next 60 days.
    The Company also announced it has secured a site for a new store opening
in the Daytona, Florida market.  The new store is expected to open within the
next 60 days and marks the Company's entrance into the Daytona market.
