Dana Corporation's Weatherhead Brake Products Division Receives QS9000 RegistrationFORT WAYNE, Ind., Sept. 8 -- The two manufacturing locations and laboratory of Dana Corporation's Weatherhead Brake Products Division have achieved QS9000 registration. QS9000 quality guidelines were developed as a cooperative effort of major automotive manufacturers. Registration is a requirement for all companies wishing to supply the major automotive manufacturers. Registration is industry recognition that quality systems, policies and procedures are in place and active and reflects a commitment to customer satisfaction. "Our efforts toward registration to QS9000 have been successful. We are proud to be registered and recognized for our efforts," said Mike Pruzin, Plant Manager, Weatherhead Brake Products' Columbia City manufacturing facility. Pruzin further stated, "Our customers will benefit from the continuous improvements that are required in order to maintain our registration."
