Nissan Division Announces Pricing For 1998 Models

CARSON, Calif. Sept. 4 -- Nissan Division of Nissan Motor
Corporation U.S.A. today announced manufacturer's suggested retail prices
(MSRP) for its fall line-up of cars, sport utilities and minivans. The prices
reflect a sales-weighted average decrease of 2.1 percent, or $459 per unit
over comparably-equipped 1997 models - excluding the 1998 Frontier Truck. The
pricing action will be effective as each model is introduced.
According to Tom Eastwood, vice president, Nissan Division, "Our '98
pricing action reflects Nissan's commitment to bringing to market a very high
quality product with new features at a competitive price."
Destination charges, previously $470, are now $490. Individual model and
option pricing is available upon request.
