                           National Seminar Series
           Provides Fleet Managers With Alternative Fuel Solutions

    DENVER, Aug. 29 -- RP Publishing is teaming up with Michigan
Consolidated Gas Company (MichCon), SEMCO Energy, Consumers Energy and the
Michigan Natural Gas Vehicle Association for "A Fleet Manager's Seminar on
Natural Gas Vehicles."  The seminar will provide fleet managers with a
hands-on approach to natural gas vehicles (NGVS) in a workshop setting.  The
seminar takes place on Sept. 18, 1997 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located just
minutes from the Detroit Metro Airport.
    All fleet managers, public and private, with an interest in alternative
fuel vehicles, are invited to attend.  The full-day seminar will feature a
number of national and local alternative fuel experts presenting the latest
information on funding, legislation, economics and infrastructure as it
relates to alternative fuels for fleets.  There will be a variety of natural
gas vehicles on display as well as exhibits by manufacturers, suppliers and
providers of alternative fuel products and services.  Admission to attend
presentations, view company exhibits and take part in a ride-and-drive is $59.
Breakfast and lunch are also included.
