Budget Rent A Car Signs Preferred Alliance Agreement With HFS IncorporatedBudget to Provide Truck Rental Services for CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker and ERA Customers, as well as HFS Mobility Services, Inc. Clients LISLE, Ill., Aug. 19 -- Budget Truck Rental, a division of Budget Rent a Car Corporation, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Budget Group, Inc. , announced today that it has entered into a four-year preferred alliance agreement with HFS Incorporated, making Budget the exclusive provider of truck rental services promoted to customers of Coldwell Banker, ERA and CENTURY 21 real estate brands, as well as relocation customers of HFS Mobility Services, Inc. "Between our three real estate brands and our relocation company, we have an extremely large consumer market for truck rentals," said HFS Executive Vice President of Business Development John Chidsey. "Our moving and relocating customers will truly appreciate the recommendation of quality truck rentals from a well-known company at competitive prices." Thomas B. Zorn, Vice President of Truck Operations for Budget said, "Our relationship with HFS, along with other marketing and sales initiatives we are implementing, will enable us to double the size of our truck rental and leasing business over the next two to three years. We believe that HFS and its affiliates have the ability to generate more consumer truck rental business than any other organization in the world. This agreement is right in line with our rapid growth strategy." HFS Incorporated is a global provider of real estate and travel services. Recently the company announced it will merge with marketing dynamo CUC International Inc. to form the world's leading consumer and business services company.
