Brake Headquarters Announces Auto Value's 'Parts Master' As Its Newest Buying Group

    LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y., Aug. 13 -- Brake Headquarters U.S.A.,
Inc., has announced today through a competitive bid process it
was awarded and signed an agreement to supply Auto Value Associates membership
group, "PARTS MASTER" brand with its brake drums and rotors.
    Auto Value is recognized as a leader and one of the largest buying groups
in North America, with over 40 members in its large warehouse distributor
network.  Joseph Ende, CEO of Brake Headquarters U.S.A., Inc., said, "We
welcome our newest association that will add a significant amount to our
existing revenue base over the near and long term and look forward to a long
and mutually beneficial relationship."
    Brake Headquarters has been engaged in business as a wholesaler of
undercar parts since 1976.  Brake Headquarters imports, assembles, distributes
and manufactures undercar parts to the automotive aftermarket industry.
