Data Systems Network Corporation Awarded Network Management Contract With Major Automotive CompanyFARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Aug. 13 -- Data Systems Network Corporation announced today that it has been awarded an enterprise wide network management contract with a major international automotive company. Data Systems will provide the customer with network management hardware, software and technical support services, including installation and software customization services. The comprehensive contract will include upgrading their existing management technologies to a more robust platform that will enable the client enhanced capabilities and future growth. The initial phase of the contract will begin immediately and should be completed by the year end. The other phases of the project should be completed within two years and will include expanding the project to multiple plant locations. "This project necessitated the skills of a highly seasoned and experienced staff. Our network management specialists were able to offer this customer a flexible solution but one that was highly sophisticated and multifaceted. When this project is completed, we will be able to deliver to the customer up to date network tools that can accurately monitor their environment and the ability to track network statistics so that they can responsively report and make recommendations on the state of their network.
