Vector Appoints International Financier to Board

    JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 12 -- Vector Aeromotive Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: VCAR) announced today the addition of Lilly Beter to its
Board of Directors.
    Ms. Beter is a principal of Lilly Beter and Associates, an international
firm specializing in financial and government representation.
