Stoneridge, Inc. Files Offering of Common SharesWARREN, Ohio, Aug. 11 -- Stoneridge, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the initial public offering of up to an aggregate of $124 million of Common Shares, all of which will be offered by the Company. The Company is a leading independent designer and manufacturer of highly engineered electrical and electronic components, modules and systems principally for the automotive, medium and heavy duty truck and agricultural vehicle markets. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation are the Managing Underwriters of the offering. The Company intends to apply for listing of its Common Shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
