Vector Announces Re-Opening of Facility - Sells Two Cars

    JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 6 -- Vector Aeromotive Corporation
(Nasdaq Bulletin Board: VCAR) the Florida-based manufacturer of the $200,000
M-12 exotic sports car announced today, the sale of two cars and the scheduled
re-opening of its production facility.
    "We are excited about the future of Vector and thrilled at the public's
acceptance of the M-12," said Tim Enright, COO of Vector.  "With the plant
re-opening, two more cars can be ready within 30 days.  We have three more
chassis at this time awaiting components, and planned production of 15 units
this year."

luxury lifestyle products.
