National R.V. Holdings, Inc. Enters Into $40 Million Revolving Credit FacilityPERRIS, Calif., July 30 -- National R.V. Holdings, Inc. announced today it entered into a $40 million revolving credit facility with Union Bank of California. The facility will be used for general corporate purposes including the financing of working capital and potential acquisitions. The facility bears interest at the prime rate or a LIBOR-based rate, is secured by substantially all assets, and contains customary financial covenants. National R.V. Holdings, Inc. is one of the nation's leading manufacturers of Class A motorhomes. Through its National R.V. subsidiary, the Company designs, manufactures and markets Class A motorhomes and fifth-wheel travel trailers under brand names including Dolphin, Sea Breeze and Tropi-Cal.
