Vector to Restart Production of M-12 Super Car

    JACKSONVILLE, Fla., July 24 -- Vector Aeromotive Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: VCAR) announced today the closing on its initial
financing by Tradelink International LTD. (a private company).
    T.J. Enright, Tradelink's nominee to Vector Board, said, "This capital
infusion will allow us to begin production almost immediately, with an eye at
full speed in 30 to 45 days."
    As per the revised letter of intent (5/23/97), Tradelink will provide up
to $5,000,000 as needed to Vector in a combination loan and equity agreement.
    Tradelink Chairman, W. Randall Welty, added, "It's our intention now to
aggressively expand Vector's name plate to other luxury lifestyle products,
with the M-12 Super Car as the catalyst."
