vehicle, recreational vehicle and motorcycle markets.
In connection with this acquisition, Regal One also announced the
following management changes:

Directors. Dr. Currie is Chairman Emeritus of Hughes Aircraft, is the current
Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Southern California and
is Chairman and CEO of Currie Technologies, Inc.
Richard Babbitt has been named as President and Chief Financial Officer.

equipment industries. He has been president of companies involved in seat

the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), vehicle collision
accidents cost $170.6 billion and resulted in 2,300,000 injuries and
43,900 deaths in 1995. Safesight, Inc. was founded to address this problem
and has been organized to bring to market a series of affordable and
technically advanced vehicle collision protection products based on microwave
radar technologies which will provide the highest levels of safety to drivers
of all classes of vehicles in inclement weather or other limited visibility
conditions.
"In our opinion, the benefits of micro power impulse radar (MIR)
technology give Regal One inherently low production cost, low power
consumption and simplicity that no other competing technology has," said
Richard Babbitt, President and CFO. "Combined with the business and
leadership experience of our management team in the automotive industry, we
believe that Regal One can become a market leader in this increasingly
important area of vehicle safety."
The Company is in the first phase of a three-phase program to develop
micro power impulse radar. This technology has been made available to
Safesight. Initial introduction is planned for late 1997 - early 1998.

in this news release are forward looking statements that involve risks and
uncertainties. The forward looking statements in this release are made
pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation
Reform Act of 1995. Actual results may differ materially due to a variety of

inventory risks due to shifts in market demand; the presence of competitors
with broader product lines and greater financial resources; intellectual
property rights and litigation, risks of obtaining adequate operating and
development capital; needs for liquidity; and other risks detailed from time
to time in the company's reports filed with the Securities and Exchange
