AutoLend Group, Inc. Announces Extension of Warrant Expiration Date

    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., July 16 -- AutoLend Group, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: AUTL) announced today that it has extended the expiration
date of its outstanding Class A Warrants and Class B Warrants to January 31,
1998.  The Warrants were previously set to expire on July 30, 1997.
    Other than the extension of the expiration date, all other terms of the
Warrants remain the same.  Each Class A Warrant entitles the holder to
purchase one share of common stock and one Class B Warrant at an exercise
price of $4.00 per share.  Each Class B Warrant entitles the holder to
purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $7.00 per share.
