Dawson Science Corp. Secures New Licenses to Operate Car Rental Business in Changde, China and Jangxi, China

    RENO, Nev., July 8 -- Dawson Science Corp.
(NASDBB Symbol: DWSC) announces that it has secured unlimited licenses from
the Chinese government to operate a car rental business in Changde, China and
Jangxi, China.
    Recently, Dawson Science announced that it had obtained licenses to
operate rental cars in Beijing, China and Guangzhou, China.  These licenses,
which are difficult to obtain, are reasons for projecting such growth for the
company.
    The goal of the company is to have 20,000 cars and 5000 international
container carrier trucks operating throughout China by the year 2000.  Mr. Wu,
President and Chairman of the Board, stated, "This is, again, another
important step in building what is expected to be the largest transportation
company in China."
