ITT Industries Declares $0.15 Per Share Third Quarter Dividend

    WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., July 1 -- ITT Industries, Inc.
, a global, diversified manufacturing company, today declared a
cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the third quarter of 1997, payable
October 1 to shareholders of record on August 29, 1997.
