Chad Little - hoping he can turn his season around - is on the pole for Saturday's Goody's Headache Powders 250. His speed of 121.198 mph bettered that of Micahel Waltrip.
This is Little's first career Busch Series pole in his 74th start and the first for Pontiac in the Busch Series this year. The last Pontiac on the pole - was Micahel Waltrip last year in the 1995 Goody's 300 at Daytona..
All 32 positions were set in the single round of qualifying for the Goody's Headach Powders 250. Four provisional starting positions were awarded based on 1996 car owner points.
