SCCA: Krauss named SCCA Pro Racing Public Relations Manager

ENGLEWOOD, Colo--SCCA Pro Racing Ltd. has named Kelby
Krauss its new Public
Relations Manager.
Krauss, 24, joins the SCCA Pro Racing staff with a motorsports background that includes experience with the NASCAR Marketing and Kentucky Speedway Public Relations departments. He takes over the position vacated by Allan Craighead in December, 2000.
Krauss' responsibilities include leading public relations activities for the Pro Spec Racer series and a new program developed to promote SCCA within its 110 individual regions, while assisting with public relations activities for the Speedvision World Challenge Championships.
The Big Ten graduate holds a degree in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University-Bloomington, supplemented by a minor in Business from IU's distinguished Kelley School of Business.
Krauss is an avid motorsports supporter and sports car enthusiast. He was born in Hamilton, Bermuda (UK) and grew up in South Bend, Ind.
