* It is the largest single-day charitable event in North Carolina. This year marks the 12th T. Wayne Robertson NASCAR Winston Cup Preview.

* The charities that will benefit from the 2001 NASCAR Winston Cup Preview are the T. Wayne Robertson Memorial Fund, Speedway Children's Charities, Brenner Children's Hospital and the Winston Cup Racing Wives Auxiliary.

* The 2000 event raised $220,000

* In the 11-year history of the event, the T. Wayne Robertson NASCAR Winston Cup Preview has raised more than $2 million.

* All NASCAR Winston Cup drivers are scheduled to attend.

* Last year, more than 10,000 people attended the NASCAR Winston Cup Preview. Race fans from approximately 30 states attend the NASCAR Winston Cup Preview each year.
