Leading automotive finance corporation joins Texas-based team
DALLAS - 1-800-BAR NONE, a leading automotive financial corporation that assists people in financing their next automobile, announced Nov. 7 a seven-figure associate sponsorship of TeamXtreme Racing in the Indy Racing Northern Light Series for the 2001 season.
The announcement leads off a big week for TeamXtreme, whose driver Airton Dare will accept Rookie of the Year honors at the annual Indy Racing Northern Light Series Awards Ceremony. The sponsorship represents a blue-chip affiliation for Texas-based TeamXtreme Racing, LLC and brings two fast moving companies together.
"BAR NONE is proud to affiliate with one of Indy Racings fastest rising teams," said Jim Crouse, 1-800-BAR NONE president. "Weve been in discussions with TeamXtreme for over six months, and it has taken that time to put together a total sponsorship package that will benefit our customers and business relationships of our company. We are ready to go racing, and we believe that a properly activated sponsorship in Indy Racing with TeamXtreme gives our company an edge in the highly competitive auto finance market."
1-800-BAR NONE will assist more than 1 million callers with their auto finance needs this year. The fast-growing, Silicon Valley-based company has more than 1,000 operators available at any time and services hundreds of qualified dealerships with advertising campaigns that cover more than 80 percent of the United States.
The company helps people from coast to coast obtain auto loans who have had difficulty obtaining financing from other sources. BAR NONEs goal is to help its customers purchase a reliable vehicle from a reputable dealership in a relaxed environment.
"TeamXtreme is honored to affiliate with 1-800-BAR NONE," said John Lopes, TeamXtreme general manager. "We encourage the fans to utilize their service the next time they begin the process of purchasing a vehicle.
"The exciting thing about our 1-800-BAR NONE sponsorship is that they are brilliant and talented marketers. They are fully activating their sponsorship. Look for 1-800-BAR NONE to entertain hundreds of clients and customers in the 2001 season, and I believe you will be seeing TeamXtremes drivers and crew in both television commercials and print ads in support of 1-800-BAR NONE and its quality auto financing services."
Originally founded in 1995, 1-800-BAR NONE has emerged as the nations leader in specialty finance and consumer service. The company unveiled its new technology and strategies in 1997, helping thousands of people and effectively revolutionizing the special finance industry.
"We are thrilled to bring such a high-profile and quality sponsor into the TeamXtreme family," said Dare, driver of the #88 TeamXtreme entry. "This league is the best place for them to enjoy quality sponsorship opportunities and a very exciting sport, bar none."
TeamXtreme Racing adds 1-800-BAR NONE to its growing sponsorship affiliations that include Nabisco, USACredit.com, Smith Transport, Switchboard.com, Uproar.com, Dallas-based Complete Printing & Graphics, Oldsmobile and Firestone Tires.
Additional announcements are planned in the near future regarding TeamXtreme s sponsorship plans for its #16 entry, driven by Jaques Lazier at the season-ending Excite 500 last month at Texas, and for its #88 entry driven by Dare.
