ROANOKE, VA--Advance Auto Parts will sponsor the
NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race and the Featherlite Modified Tour race

Martinsville Speedway in 2001.
The Advance Auto Parts 250 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Martinsville Speedway is scheduled for April 7, 2001, the day before the Virginia 500 NASCAR Winston Cup race. "Advance Auto Parts is extremely pleased to be involved with Martinsville Speedway," said Wendy Delano, Marketing Director for Advance Auto Parts. "The fact that Martinsville Speedway is located so close to our corporate headquarters is like hosting an event in our own back yard.
"Furthermore, to be able to sponsor two great events like the NASCAR Craftsman Truck race and the Featherlite Modified race is just icing on the cake. Were looking forward to providing the fans with some exciting racing action in the upcoming 2001 season."
Martinsville Speedway President Clay Campbell said the track and Advance Auto Parts are a great combination.
"We are proud to have Advance Auto Parts on the Martinsville Speedway team for the 2001 season," Campbell said. "We share a common goal: to offer the very best service to our customers. That is something Martinsville Speedway and Advance Auto Parts both have been doing for a long time."
