Repeat In The Rockies... Tim Fedewa and the Stanley team hope they can repeat and improve on last season's run at Pikes Peak International Raceway. Fedewa's best run of the 1999 season was on the flat, one-mile oval in Pikes Peak. Fedewa started the race in third position, and he finished just inches shy of victory lane in second place.

"We had an amazing run last year at Pikes Peak, and we came real close to getting the win," Fedewa said. "This Stanley team finally has the consistency we've been talking about all year. This team has really gelled, and we're working real well together. I know that we have the capability to go out there and score a victory."

One Mile Success... Fedewa has quite a track record on the one-mile tracks along the Busch series circuit. Three of his four career victories have been posted on the one-mile tracks, and recent visits to one-mile speedways have been successful.

Fedewa won at New Hampshire International Speedway. He posted a fourth place finish at The Milwaukee Mile and a 19th-place finish at Nazareth Speedway. He has two top-five finishes and three top-10 finishes so far this season.

Meet And Greet...Fedewa will be on hand at Rum Bay at 20 N. Tejon Street for an autograph session on Friday, July 21. Come out and meet the driver of the No. 36 Stanley car anytime from 6-8 p.m.
