GREEN LOOKING TO EXTEND TOP FIVE STREAK AT NAZARETH SPEEDWAY: David Green, driver of the No. 34 AFG Glass Chevrolet Monte Carlo, has an exceptional NASCAR Busch Series record at Nazareth Speedway with two poles, four top five starts and five top five finishes. In five starts, he has never finished outside the top five. Sunday, Green will try to extend his top five streak in the Econo Lodge 200, his sixth start on the one mile oval.

"I've finished just about everywhere in the top five except first at Nazareth," said Green. "It would be awesome to be able to add a win and extend my streak."

Green has consistently enjoyed success at Nazareth Speedway. In addition to five Busch Series starts, he also has one NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series start under his belt. In 1997, the Owensboro, Kentucky native ran the 200 mile event, finishing eighth.

"Nazareth has been a good track for me," said the No. 34 pilot. "I used to have the track record, and I have always had great runs there. I just hope we can continue the steak on Sunday and add a victory lane celebration along with it."

MILLER NAMED CREW CHIEF OF AFG GLASS TEAM: The Cicci-Welliver Racing team announced that C.R. Miller has been named crew chief of its No. 34 AFG Glass entry in the NASCAR Busch Series driven by David Green. The first event for Miller is Sunday's Econo Lodge 200 at Nazareth Speedway.

Miller, a Provo, Utah native, has been a fixture in the Busch Series since 1987 and has enjoyed successful stints with many top organizations including Emerald Performance Group, Lone Star Motorsports and BACE Motorsports.

"With C.R.'s experience in the Busch Series, he brings a lot to the AFG Glass team," said Green, the 1994 Busch Series champion. "He's a proven winner and is just what this team needs to get back on the winning track." Green is currently ninth in the series point standings with one top five and six top 10 finishes in 18 starts in the 2000 season.

"It's an honor to work with a talented driver like David," said Miller. "He is fully capable of winning as is the AFG Glass team. We have all the ingredients to a successful combination."
