Jeff Green On Milwaukee: Jeff Green, current points leader and driver of the No. 10 Nestl NesQuik Chevrolet on the NASCAR Busch Series, has been very successful at the 1-mile oval. In three starts, Green has started and finished each race in the top-10 and completed 100% of the laps he has run there.

"Milwaukee has been really good to me over the years," said Green. "I like the track, but I've always had really good cars there, which is key to running well. Tire management is also important there, but Milwaukee is very fast and you have to have all your fenders on and all your tires going in the same direction in order to win. I know we'll have a great shot at victory lane this weekend. We ran well there last year and led a bunch of laps, but we just need to make it through the fourth turn in front on the last lap this time around."

Last Weekend At Watkins Glen: Green was content with his 10th-place finish at Watkins Glen last weekend. It was the first time Green finished outside the top-five in the past nine events.

"I wanted to finish in the top-five to keep our streak going, but you can't be disappointed in a top-ten finish," said Green. "I know there are 30 other drivers that would be very willing to trade places with me to finish in the top-ten. Top-five and top-10 finishes are what wins championships, so that is our goal."

Fourth of July Memories: Unlike many families who take vacations over Fourth of July weekend, Green and his brothers were always racing over the holiday weekend.

"When I was growing up, my family was always racing over Fourth of July weekend," said Green. "My dad, mom, two brothers and I would travel to wherever we were racing that weekend to compete in our go karts. I can't imagine spending a Fourth of July holiday not racing. It has always been a part of my life. It is nice to carry on the tradition now that David, Mark and I are all racing in the Busch Series this year. This way, all our families our together every holiday."

Equipment: The NesQuik Racing team is taking the same car to Milwaukee that Green won with at South Boston and Myrtle Beach earlier this year.

"I don't know what it is about this car, but he just really likes it," said crew chief, Harold Holly. "It has finished in the top-10 every time we have run it this year and he really likes the feel of the car. If he tells me this is the car he wants to run, then I'm going to give it to him and make sure that it is fast as soon as we unload it off the truck."

Jeff Green Appearances: Green will sign autographs at the All Star McDonald's located at the corner of 76th and Rawson Ave. in Milwaukee on Friday, June 30th from 6 to 8 p.m. Green will also sign autographs for one hour following "Happy Hour" practice on Saturday, July 1st at his souvenir trailer.
