CORR: Millen dominates on his way to first CORR Off-Road victory

KINCAID SWEEPS THE PRO-LITE CLASS AGAIN
CRANDON, Wis.--Best know as the "King of the Hill" for winning the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb the last four years, Rod Millen can now add the Championship Off Road Racing (CORR) series to his long list of career accomplishments in racing.
Millen got a quick jump at the famous "land rush" start and drove fender to fender with Pro-4 series leader Rob MacCachren into turn one. He took the lead prior to the turn-five finish line and pulled away from the field. Millen finished with a convincing 17-second victory, his first in the CORR Pro-4 class and the first for a Toyota Tundra.
"The Tundra ran spectacularly; it was a lot of fun to drive," said the Newport Beach, Calif., resident who is originally from New Zealand. "The extra effort from the team helped develop the Tundra into a winning machine."
Jeff Kincaid, racing in his hometown of Crandon, Wis., swept the Pro-Lite class with two victories this weekend. With four victories in four races, Kincaid is building an commanding lead in the small-truck class in his Toyota Tacoma. As he has all season, Kincaid took the lead early on his way to a 27-second victory.
Johnny Greaves, a local competitor from DePere, Wis., went from 10th to fourth during a blistering start in his Pro-2 Toyota Tundra. After racing past defending Pro-2 class champion Scott Taylor on lap two, Greaves drove unchallenged to a strong third-place finish. The result was Greaves best finish to date in the two-wheel-drive, full-size-truck class after winning the last three CORR Pro-Lite championships in a Toyota Tacoma.
Round 3 from the CORR Crandon Brush Run will be broadcast on ESPN2 on July 8, while the Round 4 race will be broadcast on July 9.
