JOHN ANDRETTI, NO. 43 STP/CHEERIOS PONTIAC GRAND PRIX:

"You drive as hard as you can drive. I guess unfortunately we had a lug nut off, so we'll take our penalty and start where we're going to start. I think the laps were OK, but I'm not sure about anything else. There is so much that goes into qualifying here for this race. And of course, there are still three events to go tomorrow, so hopefully we'll have a good enough car and we'll see where we end up."

BOBBY LABONTE, NO. 18 INTERSTATE BATTERIES PONTIAC GRAND PRIX:

"That was really good. We had a great pit stop. The guys did a good job. The car didn't handle like we wanted it to. It didn't reflect that as much as I thought it would on the time, but it was pretty loose in four. We've been fighting on the car all day. This is kind of a dual combination of pit stop and how the car handles. The nighttime air kind of made it a little bit better for our car and then the pit stop was really good, so that helped us out. The guys did a good job again. I wish we were just a little quicker, but we're not, so we'll take what we can get."

WARD BURTON, NO. 22 CATERPILLAR PONTIAC GRAND PRIX:

"We had a little miscue in the pits, the driver didn't get out of the pit road that good and the car was too loose. But we'll get it all dialed in when it counts tomorrow night."

TONY STEWART, NO. 20 HOME DEPOT PONTIAC GRAND PRIX:

"I could have driven the car better. The guys did a really good job on the pit stop. It was just a little freer than I wanted it. I think we thought it would tighten up a little more than it did. But that still got us a decent starting spot. I think we have a pretty good car for tomorrow night."
