ARCA: Tim Steel sets new one lap record in Lowe's Speedway qualifying

3-time ARCA champion Tim Steele set a new 1-lap track record here today at Lowe's Motor Speedway in 1st round qualifying for Saturday's ARCA EasyCare 100 with a speed of 182.340 mph.
