A large number of fans and friends have visited Adam Petty's official website (www.adampetty.com) to share their thoughts of Adam and offer their condolences on the site's discussion board.

Unfortunately, the software used to build the discussion board was not designed to handle the volume of traffic generated by this unforeseeable tragedy, preventing a lot of fans from accessing the site.

To allow everyone to share their thoughts, the discussion board has been temporarily taken down , and an e-mail address has been established where fans can send their condolences to the Petty family. That address is, inmemoryofadam@racewaynet.com.Messages for the Petty organization may also be sent to adamcondolences@cybertrack.com.

To celebrate Adam's memory, the "Photo Album" area of the site has also been reopened, where fans can view images compiled over the past two seasons of Adam, his family and his team.
