MIDGETS/SPRINTS: Long time Midget owner Don Smith dies of heart attack

ANGOLA, IN: Long time midget car owner Don Smith of Angola Indiana passed away from a massive heart attack Sunday night. Don, formally from Boulder Colorado, has been the car owner for the past 4 years of the yellow 71 driven by Jim Hettinger. We are all saddened by his death, and for those of you who knew him, knew what a great person he was. He will be missed dearly.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 4, from 3pm-5pm with a short service at 4pm at:

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Rich Voegler Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Angola (Rt. 20) exit
East on Rt. 20
travel east for approx. 3 miles, go over rail road tracks
Left onto West St
Funeral Home is 2 blocks down on the left
