NASCAR WCUP BUSINESS: IMG Signs Steve Park To Full Service Management Agreement

Charlotte, North Carolina- IMG Motorsports, the motorsports division of IMG, announced today it has signed NASCAR Winston Cup driver Steve Park to a full service management agreement effective immediately. As part of the agreement, IMG will oversee all aspects of Park's career including endorsements, financial planning and contract negotiations.
The announcement comes as Park is enjoying a string of success in his third Winston Cup season. In the first seven races of 2000, he has three top 10s including a fourth-place finish at Atlanta. Park also picked up a career first at Bristol Motor Speedway, winning the pole position on March 24.
"We believe Steve Park is on the verge of being a real star in NASCAR" said Denny Young, Vice President of IMG Motorsports. "Proper guidance at this juncture in Steve's career is critical and we believe we are positioned to do just that."
