* Having racked up two top-five and two top-10 finishes at Bristol
Motor Speedway in his seven year career, Tim Fedewa is anxious to return
to
Bristol this weekend. The No. 36 Stanley team is coming off its best
finish
of the season at Darlington Raceway and is confident that things will only
continue to get better."Our 11th place finish in Darlington was just what we needed," Fedewa said. "I feel like our luck is changing, and hopefully we can achieve some consistency as a team. I'm definitely excited about going to Bristol. It's a fun race track, and the fans are amazing there. The key for us is to stay out of trouble. It's a fast race track, and you really have to stay on top of things if you want to finish the race."
* Tim Fedewa will be signing autographs as part of the Food City Family Race Night on Thursday night from 5 to 7 p.m., at the Meadowview Convention Center in Kingsport.
* Ray Dunlap of ESPN correctly guessed that Tim Fedewa and the Stanley team would finish 11th in Darlington, and he won the Max Grip adjustable wrench in the "Who Wants To Be A Tool Winner?" Stanley tools sweepstakes 2000. Pick where Tim Fedewa and the No. 36 Stanley team will finish this weekend in Bristol and win a 25-foot contractor grade Fat Max tape measure.
