LAS VEGAS-Fresh off his win in the Daytona 500, driver Dale Jarrett will be one of 20 drivers on hand to officially open the NASCAR Cafe Las Vegas at the Sahara Hotel and Casino Thurs., March 2 from 6-8 p.m. PST.

Jarrett's win in the Daytona 500 was his third trip to victory lane in "The Great American Race." Jarrett is the defending NASCAR Winston Cup champion.

Jarrett will join drivers Dale Earnhardt and his son, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Kyle Petty, Rusty Wallace, Steve Park, Bobby Labonte, Kevin Lepage and several others. The grand opening will feature an arrival show for fans as the drivers join other invited guests to the VIP party inside the complex.

Opening March 2 to coincide with the Las Vegas Winston Cup race, the NASCAR Cafe grand opening arrival show will feature these drivers, entertainers and singer Lee Greenwood performing his signature song, "God Bless the USA."

Tickets for the arrival show are available to fans free of charge at Circle K locations throughout Las Vegas, limit two per customer. The grand opening party is by invitation only.

The 75,000-square-foot NASCAR Cafe will feature the Las Vegas Cyber Speedway, a stock car driving simulator complex that includes 24 cars, seven-eighths the actual size of an authentic stock car, SPEED-The Ride, which will soon be Las Vegas' fastest roller coaster and nearly 20 authentic NASCAR stock cars. The world's largest stock car, "Carzilla," a Pontiac Grand Prix that weighs more than three tons, will serve as centerpiece to the complex.

NASCAR memorabilia, giant projection televisions equipped with surround sound televising the latest in NASCAR racing, driver profiles and news, and NASCAR merchandise will complete the NASCAR theme which will encase the complex. An all-American menu will feature great food at a great value for customers.
