NASCAR WCUP: Ward Burton knows the set-up for Rockingham

"Rockingham has always been one of my favorite tracks. I can tell what the car needs more at Rockingham than at other tracks. I can charge the corners real hard here because I get the car set-up the way I want."

BALDWIN ON THE ROCK

"This is one race we're really looking forward to," said Tom Baldwin, crew chief of the No. 22 Caterpillar Racing Pontiac. "We were clearly the best car here last fall, but not getting out of the pits in front kept us from winning the race. We're going to bring back the same car and the same set-up that we raced here last fall. We made some aerodynamic changes to the car during the winter. It was a real strong car to begin with, we just made it stronger.

"Pit stops can definitely win the race here this weekend. That is how the No. 99 won here last fall. They got out in front and they stayed there until the checkered flag. I think we have a very strong pit crew that is capable of consistently fast pit stops. I have looked around and noticed that a lot of the teams have made changes to there pit crews, but the No. 22 has the exact same crew. That is an advantage for us. We'll be a strong contender this weekend."

BALDWIN ON THE DAYTONA 500

"We were a little discouraged about our eighth-place finish at the Daytona 500. The Ford's clearly had the dominant make. I feel like the No. 22 Caterpillar Racing team had the best General Motors car throughout Speedweeks. We ran in the top five for most of the day, but got shuffled back to eighth."
