DAYTONA BEACH, FL: Following are the qualifying results for the Daytona 500 NASCAR Winston Cup race to be held next Sunday. Results include qualifying position, (car number), driver, car model, and qualifying speed. Positions 1 and 2 are set, positions 3 through 36 will be determined in qualifying race later this week. Positions 37 through 43 will be determined from car owner/driver standing from last season:
