Riding Shotgun: Jeff Green, driver of the No. 10 Nestl NesQuik Chevrolet will have a new partner along for the ride for the 2000 NASCAR Busch Series, Grand National Division season, the NesQuik Bunny.

"Its pretty cool having the NesQuik Bunny on the hood," said Green. "The response I have received from the fans, as well as other NASCAR drivers, has been tremendous. It is unlike any other sponsor I have ever been associated with. In fact, many drivers have asked me if they could trade some of their sponsors product for some Nestl NesQuik. I didnt realize I would be so popular this year in the garage area."

Superspeedway Testing: Green and his Nestl NesQuik Racing team tested twice at Talladega Superspeedway during the off-season to prepare for the 2000 NASCAR Busch Series season opener at Daytona International Speedway on February 19, 2000.

"On our first test at Talladega, we wanted to get a feel of what the new 2000 Chevrolet body style was like on superspeedways," said crew chief Harold Holly. "We ended up cutting the car apart completely after the first test and building a new one. We compared the results from the test to last years notes and built a new car based on the trends we saw. When we took the car back the second time, we were really happy with the results. I cant wait to go to Daytona now, because I feel we have the car capable of sitting on the pole as well as winning the race. It also doesnt hurt having Jeff Green behind the wheel."

Jeff Green Appearances: Jeff Green will be making several appearances in the Daytona market for Speedweeks 2000. He will sign autographs at the Publix Race Festival from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, February 14th. The festival is held at Jackie Robinson Memorial Stadium in Daytona Beach. That same night, Green will appear on Thundersports Live at 8:45 p.m., broadcast at Daytona Beach Regional Airport. On Thursday, February 17th, Green can be seen on Fast Talk with Benny Parsons at 6:35 p.m. at the Volusia Mall in Daytona Beach.
