SCCA: Sears Point Added to 2000 Speedvision World Challenge Schedule

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--SCCA Pro Racing has announced the addition of Sears Point Raceway to the 2000 Speedvision World Challenge Championship schedule. One additional venue will be added shortly to bring the season total to 10 races.

The addition of the July 22-23 weekend will be the third of six total races run in conjunction with the American Le Mans Series. The Speedvision World Challenge held its first-ever race at Sears Point (1990), and last competed at the facility in 1996. The 2000 race-weekend will mark the World Challenge s seventh appearance at Sears Point.
