NASCAR WCUP: Dodge to make special announcement next week

Dodge will be making a "very special and highly anticipated" announcement next Thursday in New York City. More than that Dodge corporate PR manager, DAVE ELSHOFF, would not say. At this point, he can not confirm that Dodge is getting into NASCAR Winston Cup, but the announcement is said to be 'historic.' Dodge thinks "it's time to do things a little differently." Read into that what you will.
