ALMS: Pat Schutte joins G-2 Motorsports

Bloomfield Hills, Mich. - Pat Schutte has joined G-2
Communications, Inc. as an account manager for G-2's motorsports PR
business with DaimlerChrysler Corporation. Schutte's responsibilities
include acting as Public Relations Manager for the Dodge Viper race
program, effective immediately. Schutte, who for the last two years worked for the Chicago-based PACE Motor Sports handling public relations for the AMA Supercross Series joins the G-2 Communications team with two races remaining for the Viper GTS-R/ORECA cars in the American Le Mans Racing Series and one in the FIA (Federation Internationale de l'Automobile) GT Championship.
A long-time sports reporter for the Ann Arbor News, Schutte also worked as a reporter for the Observer & Eccentric Newspapers. In addition, he co-published and edited the year-long run of Ann Arbor's only weekly sports tabloid - Sports Ann Arbor.
A Rochester (Michigan) Adams graduate, Schutte received his bachelors degree in journalism from Northern Michigan University. He currently resides in Ann Arbor.
