3 September 1999

EFCO JOINS AFG RACING TEAM IN DARLINGTON: Monett, Missouri-based EFCO Corporation joins the AFG Industries/Larry Hedrick Motorsports team as an associate sponsor on the No. 41 Chevrolet Monte Carlo for Saturday's Dura Lube 200 NASCAR Busch Series race at Darlington Raceway.

EFCO Corporation is a national manufacturer of aluminum windows, entrances, storefronts and curtain wall systems for commercial architectural applications. With 1,800 employees, two manufacturing facilities and more than 400,000 square feet of manufacturing space, EFCO provides innovative custom solutions to design problems while adhering to budgets and other project concerns.

DARLINGTON IS ONE TOO REMEMBER: David Green, driver of the No. 41 AFG Industries/Larry Hedrick Motorsports Chevrolet Monte Carlo, is greatly anticipating Saturday's Dura Lube 200 NASCAR Busch Series race at Darlington Raceway, his 14th series start on the rugged 1.366 mile oval.

"It's Labor Day weekend, it's the toughest track we race on and it's the Lady in Black'. Who wouldn't look forward to racing here?" said Green. "I remember the first time I raced at Darlington. Jeff Gordon and I were walking out of the rookie meeting and I looked at him and said We're definitely going to hit the wall, it's just a matter of when'."

Green, the 1994 Busch Series champion has one pole, three top five and two top 10 starts at Darlington.

DARLINGTON IS FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY: When one thinks of racing tradition, Darlington Raceway, host to Saturday's Dura Lube 200 NASCAR Busch Series race, usually comes to mind and what better way to celebrate racing tradition than competing with your brothers? This Labor Day weekend David Green, driver of the No. 41 AFG Industries/Larry Hedrick Motorsports Chevrolet Monte Carlo, is competing with both of his brothers. His youngest brother, Jeff, drives the No. 32 Kleenex Chevrolet and Mark, the middle brother, pilots the No. 50 Dr. Pepper Chevrolet.

"It is very satisfying being the oldest," said Green. "With Jeff in the championship hunt, and Mark competing full-time, it makes me proud to see my younger brothers doing the same thing that I love to do."

Family competition can also be very beneficial in racing, especially at the track Too Tough to Tame'.

"At a track like Darlington, it takes two or three different views of the track to really figure out what is going on," said the 1994 Busch Series champion. "It's nice when those different views can come from your brothers."
