Palm Beach County Offshore Festival, Inc. is a local 501 (c) 3 Florida, not for profit corporation. Since 1995 our motto has been, "Racing To Teach All Children to Swim". The Offshore Festivals goal has been and is to build mobile teaching swimming pools with the local National Spa and Pool Institute, (NPSI), to teach children to swim. Instructors form the YMCA and the American Red Cross will do the actual swimming and CPR instructions. The latest artist rendition of the Palm Beach County Offshore Festivals charity efforts, the Mobile Teaching Swimming Pool will be available. The pool and children's swimming lessons are funded from donations and festival proceeds. Come join us and let us show you how much we are doing for our community.
