* Jeff Gordon won the Save Mart/Kragen 350 at Sears Point Raceway, his fourth victory in 1999. It is his 46th career victory in 205 NASCAR Winston Cup races. He moved into a tie for 12th with Buck Baker on the all-time winners list. His most recent victory came in the California 500, six races ago.
* Gordon became the only driver in the modern era to win four consecutive road-course races.
* It was Gordons 11th top-10 finish, including 10 top-fives, in 16 races this season.
* Gordon became the first driver to win four races in 16 races in 1999. Jeff Burton has three victories while Dale Jarrett and Bobby Labonte have two each.
* Gordon has finished first or second in each of the last four races, extending a streak that began at Dover.
* This is Gordons second victory in seven races at Sears Point. He became the only driver to ever win back-to-back NASCAR Winston Cup races at Sears Point.
* Gordon led three times for 80 laps. He led the most laps for the third time in 1999.

* The NASCAR Winston Cup Leader bonus will be worth $30,000 for next weeks Pepsi 400 at Daytona.
* Dale Jarrett leads the NASCAR Winston Cup point standings by 157 points over second-place Bobby Labonte. The top five in the point standings are separated by 314 points with the top-three drivers separated by just 166 points.
* Mark Martin (second) posted his sixth consecutive top-10 finish this season. Martin has led at least one lap in the last 12 races this season. It was his ninth top 10 in 11 races at Sears Point.
* John Andretti (third) tied his career-best NASCAR Winston Cup road-course finish, set in this race last year.
* Rusty Wallace (fourth) posted his seventh top-five finish in 11 races at Sears Point.
* Jimmy Spencer (fifth)posted his second top-five finish in 17 NASCAR Winston Cup road-course races. It was his best finish in nine races at Sears Point. Spencer led one time for five laps, tying his career laps led on a road course.
* Tony Stewart finished 15th in his first career NASCAR Winston Cup road-course race. He has been the highest finishing rookie in 15 of the 16 races this season.
* Jeremy Mayfield (seventh) posted his career-best NASCAR Winston Cup road-course finish.
* Jeff Burton (24th) led laps 69 through 71, the only laps that he has ever led in 11 NASCAR Winston Cup road-course races.
