"Castrol, Casey & Cash" gives a randomly selected fan attending the event the chance to win a $25,000.00 cash annuity if Castrol driver, Casey Atwood, wins the race with an additional $25,000.00 cash annuity going to Casey Atwood's favorite charity.
As an added bonus, if the car that starts the race in the last starting position should work his way through the field and win the event, the selected fan will win a $50,000.00 cash annuity and a $50,000.00 cash annuity will be donated to that driver's favorite charity. If Casey Atwood were the driver that starts last in the race then the payout would increaseto $75,000.00 to the fan and $75,000.00 to Casey's favorite charity.
"This is an exciting chance for a fan to ride-a-long with one of the young guns of NASCAR," said Hayne Dominick, Project Director, for the "Textilease Medique 300 Presented by Advance Auto Parts." One lucky fan will be pulling real hard for the driver of the #27 Castrol GTX Chevrolet. Casey has been very competitive all season, so who knows, this could be his breakthrough win in the Busch Series. I know if I was the fan selected I sure would like my chances!" Dominick concluded.
Castrol is enjoying success in their first year as a Primary Sponsor with Atwood. Almost halfway through his rookie season in the NASCAR Busch Series, Atwood is in the top ten in points and has 3 top 5, and 4 top 10 finishes in the Castrol GTX Chevrolet owned by Clarence Brewer.
