PSCR: Sports Car Announces Reorganization

TAMPA, FL -- Professional Sports Car Racing, Inc. ("SPORTS CAR") announced today the appointment of Tony Dowe as Vice President -- Race Operations and Technical Director effective March 1, 1999. His duties at SPORTS CAR will include overall responsibility for Race Operations, the Technical staff, as well as the development, publication and enforcement of the ACO Le Mans/SPORTS CAR Code.

Most recently, Tony Dowe was Managing Director for Panoz Motor Sports ("Panoz"), and prior to Panoz, was Director of the Arrows Grand Prix, Ltd. Formula One Team. Under his direction, his teams have won the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Daytona 24 Hours races.

Tony Dowe will replace Doug Robinson, who has left SPORTS CAR to pursue other interests.
