Brazilian Racing News: Garcia to Run CART with Davis Racing

Luiz Garcia's manager confirmed today that he will be racing in the
FedEx CART Championship in 1999. Garcia will race for Davis Racing, not
Hogan, like it was rumoured.  Garcia will officially announce the
deal when the sponsors decide to announce it in Brazil. The sponsors
will be Phillip Morris Brazil and VASP (brazilian flight company).

Garcia will race with Reynard - Ford - Firestone, and will be the only
driver.  The team will have two Reynard's chassis.
