BOBBY LIKIS CAR CLINIC & THE AUTO CHANNEL
PRESENT LIVE TV-ON-THE-NET COVERAGE OF
THE 1999 CONSUMER ELECTRONICS SHOW

Internet Viewers Around the World to Get Exclusive Preview
of the Latest Car & Mobile Electronics

AUTO CENTRAL, January 5, 1999 -- Car electronics are leaping into the
"Jetson" age. With features such as car navigation, engine diagnostics, road
speed monitoring, emergency roadside assistance, autosound, vehicle security,
wireless phones, e-mail, web surfing, real-time traffic reports, and voice
recognition security devices, driving an automobile will resemble something
from a science fiction movie. Every year, the place to see all the new
products is the CES trade show in Las Vegas, January 7 -10, 1999.

But this year, Internet users around the world will also be able to take
part in all the excitement by watching live streaming video broadcasts from the
exhibition floor at the Sands Convention Center and the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The coverage is provided by BOBBY LIKIS CAR CLINIC and THE AUTO
CHANNEL Internetwork. Bobby Likis, host of the popular nationally syndicated radio
show, will anchor each of the CES special broadcasts. In addition, Likis will
also broadcast his regular live Saturday morning talk show from the Sands
Convention Center. Likis normally broadcasts from his studio in Pensacola,
Florida.

There will be a total of 7 CES special broadcasts, each about 45
minutes long: 2 on Thursday, Jan 7th; 3 on Friday, Jan 8th; and 2 on Saturday, Jan
9th. The individual shows will feature product demonstrations, manufacturer
interviews, and industry news. The broadcasts can be accessed directly at
http://www.carclinicradio.com or through THE AUTO CHANNEL's general URL,
http://www.theautochannel.com.

The live broadcasts will also be archived for continuous on-demand
access. A complete schedule of the events can be found at http://carclinicradio.com.
To watch the broadcasts a Windows Media Player is required. The plugin can be downloaded
for free through either of the two URLs. It installs quickly and easily into any of the
usual Internet browsers.
