WOO: World of Outlaws Postpones Winter Nationals Finale

MESQUITE, TX - Continuing rain at Devil's Bowl Speedway forced Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series officials to postpone the 25th Annual Winter Nationals feature racing program Sunday.

The race has been re-scheduled for April 10, 1999.

Preliminary Feature winner Gary Wright, Andy Hillenburg, Sammy Swindell and Steve Kinser will start 1-4 in the Channellock Dash when the event resumes next April.

The Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series' next stop is Southern New Mexico Speedway in Las Cruces, NM, Tuesday. The series will sanction the 31st Annual Western World Championships Friday and Saturday at Manzanita Speedway in Phoenix, AZ.
