MotorVac Announces New Distribution Agreements

17 June 1998

MOTORVAC EXPANDS INDUSTRIAL DIESEL TUNE DISTRIBUTION

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Santa Ana, CA-June 11, 1998--Hot on the heels of its agreement with
Cummins Northern Illinois, Inc. late last year, MotorVac Technologies,
Inc. today announced new distribution agreements with
two more independent Cummins distributorships--Cummins West, Inc. of
San Leandro, CA, and Cummins Mid-South, Inc. of Memphis, TN. These
agreements will significantly increase MotorVac's growth into the
diesel engine service market with its Industrial Diesel Tune (IDT)
system consisting of machines and proprietary cleaning detergents.
The increased distribution will expand the company's penetration into
Central and Northern California, Nevada, Arkansas, Louisiana,
Mississippi and western parts of Tennessee. In addition to
distributing MotorVac products to their fleet customers, both
companies will use IDT systems in their service facilities and mobile
repair trucks.

"We are very pleased with our continued expansion with independent
Cummins Engine distributors," Lee Melody, President and Chief
Executive Officer of MotorVac said. "Our MotorVac de-carbonization
technology is perfect for use on the high quality diesel engines that
they service. It will provide their customers with extended engine
life, restored peak performance, fuel savings, and significant
reduction in harmful emissions. Both distributors have placed initial
stocking orders with MotorVac for both equipment and detergents."
