R97142 November 10, 1997 For Immediate Release BOSTROM TAKES PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE HARLEY-DAVIDSON SUPERTWINS BONUS WESTERVILLE, Ohio -- Eric Bostrom will take home the largest share of the Progressive Insurance $10,000 SuperTwins Series championship bonuses. Progressive -- one of the nation's largest insurers of motorcycles -- also presented cash awards to other top-10 SuperTwins Series riders. Bostrom, of Granada Hills, Calif., dominated the 1997 AMA Progressive Insurance Harley-Davidson SuperTwins Series Championship, winning 10 of 11 races. His efforts earned him a $2,500 championship bonus from Progressive. The 1997 season marks the end of the SuperTwins Series, which will be replaced in 1998 by the Progressive Insurance Pro Thunder Series.
