11/27/96

Chrysler to automate QS 9000 efforts; Rigorous competitive analysis
leads to selection of System 9000 AUTOMOTIVE software from QSI

WOBURN,Mass.--(AutomotiveWire) -- Quality Systems International
announced today that Chrysler Corp. has standardized on System 9000
AUTOMOTIVE as the software product to be used in automating their QS
9000 compliance efforts. The announcement followed a rigorous six
month evaluation effort which included the most popular ISO/QS 9000
software products available.

According to George Potter, president of Quality Systems
International, "We were obviously delighted to learn that Chrysler has
selected System 9000 AUTOMOTIVE to be their standard software template
as they automate their internal QS 9000 compliance efforts. System
9000 AUTOMOTIVE is a very robust product that was first installed over
two years ago. We have had the benefit of significant customer
feedback during that period, which has helped us architect many of the
enhancements that have been included in the update releases. We look
forward to working closely with and listening to our new users at
Chrysler so we may continue to improve System 9000 AUTOMOTIVE."

Quality Systems International is the leading provider of ISO 9000 and
QS 9000 software that runs on Lotus Notes. The company is scheduled to
deliver an ISO 14000 software product during the first quarter of
1997. For additional information, visit QSI's home page at
