Chrysler Announces Revised Cash Allowances

Revised Cash Allowances on Dodge Avenger and Intrepid, Chrysler
Concorde and Sebring Coupe, Eagle Vision and Talon


AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Nov. 14 -- Chrysler Corporation
announced today that it is revising its consumer incentives
program, increasing the available cash allowances on certain 1996 and
1997 car models.

The changes are effective November 15, 1996, and extend through
January 6, 1997. The program gives new car buyers the choice of cash
allowances or reduced interest rates on financing.

Here are the affected models and the cash allowances available. All
represent a $500 increase.

* 1996 Dodge Avenger, Chrysler Sebring Coupe and Eagle Talon --
$1,500.

* 1997 Dodge Avenger, Chrysler Sebring Coupe and Eagle Talon --
$1,000.

* 1997 Dodge Intrepid, Chrysler Concorde LX and Eagle Vision ESi --
$1,000.

* 1997 Dodge Intrepid ES, Chrysler Concorde LXi and Eagle Vision TSi
-- $1,500.

Cash allowances available to buyers of other vehicles covered by the
program are unchanged. The lower A.P.R. financing rates available as
an alternative to cash allowances on vehicles in the program are
unchanged.
